At Brainbidder, we believe in complete transparency. We want every user to feel confident in their purchase, which is why we've designed a straightforward refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully for each plan type.

7-Day Trial Plan
Non-Refundable

The 7-Day Trial Plan is strictly non-refundable. This plan is intentionally priced at a minimal cost to give you full, unrestricted access to all Brainbidder features for 7 days — allowing you to thoroughly test and evaluate the tool before committing to a longer plan.

Since the trial provides complete access to all premium features at a fraction of the cost, no refunds will be issued for this plan under any circumstances.

Lifetime Access Plan
3-Day Refund Available

The Lifetime Access Plan comes with a 3-day no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with Brainbidder, simply reach out to us within 3 calendar days and we'll process your full refund — no questions asked.

We're confident you'll love the tool, but we want you to feel secure in your investment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for the Lifetime Access Plan, follow these steps:

    Write to hello@brainbidder.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

    Include Your Details
    Please include your Order ID, registered email address, and optionally a brief reason for the refund.

    Receive Confirmation
    Our team will review your request and send a confirmation within 24 hours.
  4. 4
    Refund Processed
    Your refund will be processed and your access will be revoked once the refund is confirmed.
Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made after the 3-day window from the date of purchase.
  • The user has violated the Terms of Service — including sharing access, reverse-engineering, or misuse of the indicator.
  • The indicator access has been used extensively beyond reasonable evaluation purposes during the refund period.
  • The refund request is for the 7-Day Trial Plan (₹299), which is non-refundable under all circumstances.
